PRPitch.ai ("PRPitch.ai," "we," "us," or "our") is a sole proprietorship based in Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use prpitch.ai (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information:your email address and password. Your password is hashed and never visible to us — it's managed by our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Creator profile information: your public social media profile link, a summary of your content niche and style, the platforms you use, and your approximate audience size.
• Payment information: when you subscribe, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details directly. We never see or store your full card number. We retain a Stripe customer/subscription reference so we can manage your billing.
• Usage information: the brand matches and pitch drafts generated for your account, and their status (e.g. new, pitched, replied).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Analyze your public content (via AI) to identify your niche and suggest relevant brand partners
• Research and draft personalized outreach pitches for you to review and send yourself
• Process your subscription and billing
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service
• Improve and troubleshoot the Service

3. How AI Processing Works

To generate your niche summary and brand matches, we send your public profile link, content niche description, platform, and audience size to Anthropic's Claude API. Claude may access publicly available information from the profile link you provide (using automated web search and page-fetching tools) to research your content and find relevant brands. We do not log into your social media accounts, and we only process publicly visible information.

Brand contact information surfaced by the Service is sourced from public web research and may be incomplete, outdated, or unverified. Always independently verify contact details before reaching out.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share information with the following service providers, only as needed to operate the Service:

• Supabase (authentication and database hosting)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Anthropic (AI processing, as described above)

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Your Choices and Rights

• You can edit or delete your creator profile at any time from your account.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal (powered by Stripe).
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing prpitchaiservice@gmail.com. We'll delete your data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain records (e.g. for tax or legal purposes).

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
