Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of prpitch.ai (the "Service"), operated by PRPitch.ai, a sole proprietorship based in Texas ("PRPitch.ai," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PRPitch.ai helps content creators find brands that may be interested in sending PR packages, gifting, or paid partnerships. Using AI, the Service analyzes information you provide about your content, researches potentially relevant brands, and drafts personalized pitch messages you can review, edit, and send yourself.

Important: PRPitch.ai does not send any messages, emails, or outreach on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any pitch, and for all communications you have with brands using information from the Service.

2. Accuracy of AI-Generated Content

Brand suggestions, fit scores, contact information, and pitch drafts are generated by AI based on automated web research and may contain errors, be outdated, or be incomplete. We do not guarantee that any brand will respond, that contact information is accurate or current, or that any suggested brand is actually a good fit for you. You should independently verify information before relying on it or reaching out to a brand.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• The Service is offered on paid monthly subscription plans (Starter, Creator, Agency), billed automatically each month until canceled.
• The Creator plan may include a free trial period. If you start a free trial, a payment method is required, and your subscription will automatically convert to a paid Creator subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• You can view current pricing on our Pricing page and manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
• We may change our pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, harassing, or deceptive messages to brands
• Misrepresent yourself, your audience, or your content
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any profile information and edited pitch content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use that information solely to provide the Service to you (e.g., to generate matches and pitches).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will result in brand partnerships, replies, or any particular outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRPitch.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
